Rules and Regulations

  1. This is a War Game... You MUST be 18 or over to play. Warning: This game may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, brief nudity (on player profiles), simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language.

  2. Unless given permission from the admins, players are only allowed to have ONE account. Owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being banned. If you are on the same IP as another player, mail staff for permission.

  3. The use of bots, macros or auto-refreshers is strictly forbidden. If you don't have the time to sit and play, then don't play. If you are caught using them it will result in time as Death`s footstool.

  4. You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, so do not give out your password to anyone.

  5. Profile images with full frontal nudity, hate speach, or otherwise offensive images will be removed, and may result in being banned.

  6. We understand this is not the only game you play, but the admins have issued a decree that no other games are to be advertised here. We are kind enough to offer one (1) warning for those that accidentally infringe on this rule (This includes other game's links, abbreviations and names in: Mail, Comments, Forums, The Newspaper, or Blogs!). After that, all infractions will result in being banned.

  7. Do not spam the staff's mailboxes. If you have a problem, message ONE of them ONCE. Your problem will be dealt with in a timely manner, but do not mail repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.

  8. Do not harass other players. Use common sense on this one- if you do not know when you're crossing the line from fantasy into harassment, assume that you are harassing the other player. This will not be tolerated, and will result in a stiff punishment.

  9. Cash machining is when one account sends cash or items to another account and there is no equivalent exchange of cash, crystals or items sent in the other direction. This is prohibited and could result in banning of both accounts. Report to the administration immediately to avoid your account from getting banned.

  10. Sending your inventory and all of your assets is against the rules. Doing so can end up getting both you and the receiver banned from the game. If you receive items from someone "Quitting" the game, then send it back and report to an Admin. Those who do this can possibly land you with a IP BAN also.

  11. Scamming will not be tolerated in any manner. Any attempt to scam someone will result in being banned from the game.

  12. If you find a game bug, report it to staff using either the bug report option, or the forum thread entitled "Bugs". If you are caught taking advantage of a game bug, it can result being banned.

  13. Common sense rules are not posted here. If you cannot determine the difference between what is ok and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people until you do understand.

  14. If you are in violation of rules and banned from the game, any and all items, game currency and privileges associated with your account, including donator items and time are forfeited for the duration that you were in Court or banned from the game.

  15. Slanderous or Negative behavior that could be damaging to the game will result in you being banned from the game.

    16. These rules are subject to change without notice. Please check them from time to time as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.
